L'arte di Andrea Sacchi

 Andrea Sacchi (Roma, 30 novembre 1599 - 21 giugno 1661) fu un pittore italiano il cui stile si colloca a metà tra classicismo e barocco, fu attivo a Roma. La generazione di artisti che ha condiviso il suo stile artistico include i pittori Nicolas Poussin e Giovanni Battista Passeri, gli scultori Alessandro Algardi e François Duquesnoy, e il biografo contemporaneo Giovanni Bellori. 

 Andrea Sacchi (Rome, 30 November 1599 – 21 June 1661) was an Italian painter of High Baroque Classicism, active in Rome. A generation of artists who shared his style of art include the painters Nicolas Poussin and Giovanni Battista Passeri, the sculptors Alessandro Algardi and François Duquesnoy, and the contemporary biographer Giovanni Bellori.
